This wil compile and run main.cpp on a filechange from main.cpp

It will run:

g++ main.cpp -o main
./main

npm i . -g

or with npm

npm i nodecpp -g

You need to have a file main.cpp in the directory

than run

nodecpp

if you want to run other files

nodecpp other

Thats it. For now it will not watch other files
