Node Settings

Handles NOIA Node settings file.

Debugging

1. Install dependencies

$ npm install

2. Build project

$ npm run build

3. Debugging:

   • Using VSCode, add breakpoints in code and press F5.
   • Otherwise run $ npm run debug to start ./src/__tests__/debug.ts file.
