Usage:

import changesSince, {format} from 'changes-since';
 
const changeLog = "# Change Log ...";
 
const filtered = changesSince(changeLog, {since: "1.0.0"}); //returns a chast object
 
console.log(format(ast)); //will log a formatted representation of all the changes (grouped together)
